The agreement between you and IS7 Game — please read it carefully before you register or play.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and IS7 Game ("IS7 Game", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website https://is7apk.com, our application, and all associated games and services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, installing the app, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, bearing the date above, is the version in force. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You may only register and play if you meet all of the following conditions:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • You are not a resident of, or accessing the Services from, any state in which real-money skill gaming is restricted. These states are Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland and Sikkim.
  • You are using the Services for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
  • You maintain one account per person. Registering or operating more than one account is prohibited.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. If local law prohibits real-money gaming, you must not use the Services. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration & KYC

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you register, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@is7apk.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Before you can withdraw funds — and at other times where we are required to verify you — you must complete our Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. This involves submitting a valid government-issued identity document and, where requested, proof of address and a liveness or selfie check. We may decline, delay or reverse transactions, and suspend withdrawals, until verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false, forged or another person's documents is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

You can fund your account and withdraw winnings using supported payment methods, principally UPI. The following rules apply:

  • Name match. The payment instrument you use for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name and match the verified name on your account. We do not process third-party payments.
  • Verification. Withdrawals are released only after KYC is complete and any applicable security checks have passed. First withdrawals may take longer while verification is finalised.
  • Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply, and are displayed within the app. We may adjust limits, or apply additional checks to unusually large or frequent transactions, to comply with law and prevent fraud.
  • TDS on winnings. Tax Deducted at Source ("TDS") is applied to your net winnings in accordance with the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961, as amended, and any rules issued under it. Where TDS is due, we deduct it before releasing your withdrawal and deposit it with the tax authorities against your PAN. You are responsible for your own overall tax position.

We may withhold or reverse a transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, while we investigate.

5. Bonus Terms

From time to time we offer promotions, including a ₹10,000 Welcome Bonus for eligible new players on qualifying deposits. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific conditions stated where the bonus is offered. Key points:

  • Bonus funds vs cash funds. Bonus credits are held separately from your cash balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only cash winnings that result from meeting the bonus conditions become withdrawable.
  • Wagering requirement. A bonus must be wagered a stated number of times before any associated winnings convert to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is shown with the offer at the time you claim it.
  • Expiry. Bonuses and any unmet wagering must be completed within the validity period stated with the offer. Unused bonus funds expire after that period.
  • Forfeiture for abuse. Bonuses are for genuine play by eligible individual players. We may withdraw a bonus and any winnings derived from it where we detect abuse — including multi-accounting, collusion, risk-free or arbitrage betting patterns, or any attempt to game the promotion.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to play fairly and to use the Services only as intended. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

  • Collusion with other players or acting together to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using bots, scripts, automation, or any software designed to influence or predict game outcomes.
  • Opening or controlling multiple accounts, or playing on behalf of another person.
  • Exploiting a bug, error, or loophole rather than reporting it to us.
  • Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services or their security.
  • Using the Services in connection with fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.

If you discover a defect or error that unfairly benefits you, you must stop and report it to support@is7apk.com. Winnings arising from an exploited error may be voided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services — including the IS7 Game name and logo, software, game designs, graphics, text and audio — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

8. Suspension & Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access to some features, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by law. Where we close an account for a breach, we may withhold funds connected to that breach pending investigation. Verified cash balances that are not connected to any breach will be returned to you in accordance with our payout and KYC procedures.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform stable, fair and secure, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Games involve an element of risk, and you may lose the money you stake; you should never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IS7 Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IS7 Game, its officers, employees and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at support@is7apk.com so we can try to resolve it informally and in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, and, where applicable, resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, technology, or legal and regulatory requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
